Madison Consolidated School Board of Trustees advertises its meetings for one of three purposes:
- Regular Business Meetings – 2nd Wednesday of the month @ 6:00 p.m. Meetings are open to the public. Persons wishing to speak during the meeting must sign up prior to the beginning of the meeting.
- Work Sessions – 1st Thursday of the month at 4:00 p.m. Meetings are open to the public. Persons wishing to speak during the meeting must sign up prior to the beginning of the meeting.
- Executive Session – scheduled as needed to discuss specific confidential or strategic issues as permitted by Indiana Open Door Laws. These meetings are closed-door and, therefore, not open to the public.
- Effective September 2024, meetings are live-streamed and archived on https://www.youtube.com/@MCSCStream; prior to that date, they can be found on our Facebook page.
All meetings are held at the MCS Administration Building Board Room at 2421 Wilson Avenue on the dates mentioned above unless otherwise advertised. You can watch online via our MCSC Stream on YouTube.
